Friends of the Greenville Zoo adds Richard to board

GREENVILLE, SC – The Friends of the Greenville Zoo has added David Richard as the newest board member.

Richard, a vice president at Resurgent Capital Services, has resided in Greenville with his family since 2007. Richard received his bachelors’ degree from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business. Richard and his family are active members of Christ Church Episcopal and support a number of local organizations including the Metropolitan Arts Council, the United Way and the Greenville Zoo.

The Friends of the Greenville Zoo is a non-profit organization focused on supporting the Greenville Zoo.

The financial support from the Friends helps the zoo maintain its dedication to animal care, education, conservation and the overall enjoyment of the community. The board serves as an advisory council to manage and lead that mandate.
