Friends of the Greenville Zoo elects vice chair

GREENVILLE, SC – The Friends of the Greenville Zoo Board has elected Bill West as its vice-chairman.

A longtime business and community leader in Greenville, West is the managing partner of Atlantic Partners, a business improvement firm that specializes in financial exit leadership.

The Friends of the Greenville Zoo is a non-profit organization focused on supporting the Greenville Zoo. The financial support from the Friends helps the zoo maintain its dedication to animal care, education, conservation and the overall enjoyment of the community. The board serves as an advisory council to manage and lead that mandate.

“We are excited that Bill has decided to take this role with the board,” said John Boyanoski, the board chairman. “He brings an amazing wealth of ideas, leadership and experience to the board.”
