Garrett Scott joins Colliers International as a Brokerage Associate

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International announced the addition of Garrett Scott as Brokerage Associate. Scott will be working with the Colliers Industrial Team in Greenville, South Carolina, teamed with industry veteran and Principal at Colliers International, Givens Stewart, SIOR. Stewart is a proven market leader with nearly 14 years of experience as an Industrial Specialist. The team specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties across the Upstate.
Scott is a 1989 graduate of Clemson University and has worked in industrial real estate development for 27 years. The majority of Scott’s recent experience is centered around build-to-suit lease back fulfillment centers. Scott brings invaluable experience and understanding of the needs of industrial clients as they navigate the occupancy process. The formation of this team further serves to accelerate the success of Colliers’ industrial clients.
