Garvin Design Group hires new summer intern architect

Garvin Design Group announced the recent hire of Clemson graduate, Tyler McKenzie. Tyler graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a minor in Packaging Science and is currently enrolled in Clemson’s Master of Architecture program. During his time at Clemson he studied abroad in Genoa, Italy, served as the president of Alpha Rho Chi’s Clemson chapter, received the Peter R. Lee & Kenneth J. Russo Design Award in the school of Architecture, and took part in the Architecture + CommunityBUILD certificate program. Tyler joined Garvin Design Group in May of 2017 as an Architectural Intern and will return to Clemson in the fall to continue his education.
