GILBERT, SC – Gilbert Elementary students can now explore the adventures found in 353 new books thanks to Books-A-Million Lexington’s summer book-gifting program.

Books-A-Million asked associates and customers to donate books to the school’s media center during the summer months. The books, which arrived in six large boxes, are worth $2,600.

Each donated book contains a book plate with a message from the person who donated it.
