GHS Cancer Institute holding free oral cancer screenings

Greenville Health System physicians will offer free oral cancer screenings on Friday, April 8, from 1-5 p.m.
These screenings are being held in observance of Oral, Head, and Neck Cancer Awareness Week. These cancers claim nearly 12,000 lives per year but can be treated more easily with early detection.
The screening will take place on the second floor of the GHS Cancer Institute at 900 W. Faris Road. Screenings are painless and take approximately 10 minutes, and registration is required. Those interested can register by calling (864) 455-5300.
