Gore Named Young Agent of the Year

CHARLESTON, SC – December 1, 2010 – Kim J. Gore, CIC, manager of Associated Insurors in Myrtle Beach was named Young Agent of the Year at the recent Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of South Carolina (IIABSC) conference in Hilton Head.
The honor is awarded annually to an independent agent, age 40 or under, who has rendered outstanding service to his or her community outside the field of insurance and who has contributed to the betterment of the insurance industry.
Gore is a leader within the local IIABSC in Horry and Georgetown counties, and has been active on association committees related to regulatory and political issues surrounding coastal property insurance.
