Greenville Tech is hosting college for national program

GREENVILLE, SC – February 18, 2011 – Angie Brown, Department Head for Indirect Patient Care with Corporate and Career Development at Greenville Technical College, has partnered with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), making Greenville Tech the exclusive hosting college for the association’s national credential revenue cycle representative (CRCR) program.

The CRCR program consists of an online course that prepares candidates for HFMA’s Credentialed Revenue Cycle Representative examination. Upon successful completion of the exam, the candidate earns the CRCR designation, which signifies a national level of technical achievement for a body of knowledge within the healthcare revenue cycle arena. Those who have earned the CRCR designation are knowledgeable in compliance, patient access, claims processing, account resolution, and financial management.
