Greenville’s Burl Williams named new member at Nexsen Pruet

Burl Williams has been elected as a new member (partner) at Nexsen Pruet. Williams is part of the firm’s Business Litigation team. He is experienced in the trial of a variety of complex commercial and tort litigation matters including shareholder and corporate governance disputes, as well as product liability defense. He defends individuals and organizations involved in complex criminal matters. he is experienced in either seeking the reversal, or the protection, of judgements and jury verdicts on appeal.
