Colliers International helps renovated office park retain another tenant as St. Andrews submarket experiences boom
Colliers International’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in the renewing the lease for ISO Claims Services, Inc. for approximately 5,239 square feet at 250 Berryhill Road in Synergy Executive Park. ISO Claims Services manages insurance companies’ personal injury claims portfolios and offers an easy search tool for finding data on property, casualty and automobile claims.

This lease renewal for ISO Claims Services marks the completion of over 55,000 square feet of leases at Synergy Executive Park in 2016 alone, an achievement made possible because of the park ownership’s commitment to building enhancements and amenities. Working together with the Colliers brokerage team of Roe and Wilkerson, Synergy ownership has been focused on positioning the park to benefit the most from changes in the Columbia office market, most notably the dropping availabilities and rising rents in the nearby Central Business District. In addition to actively pursuing businesses coming to the St. Andrews submarket, Synergy’s ownership and the Colliers team have made a concerted effort to retain tenants at the park, as evidenced by the renewal of the lease for ISO Claims Services and previous renewals for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Kelly Services, Inc.
