The Senior Direct Note Pricing Analyst is responsible for creating the Daily Direct Note Rate Sheet and monthly variable rates, processing Direct Note Rate locks, and verifying pricing and pricing adjustments on Association loans. Also supports Association Loan Operations accounting, reconciling, and exception reporting functions as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

Production and publishing of the Daily Direct Note Rate Sheet and monthly variable rates
Reviews the Loans Booked to Potentially Locked report daily and processes needed updates on the loan system and in the AgFirst Pricing System
Identifies Direct Note Rate exceptions and is able to resolves them independently
Administer any special loan pricing programs that Associations participate in
Maintain loan system lookup files by processing requested additions or maintenance to names, addresses, or phone numbers of Associations, Branches, Tax Authorities, or Insurance Companies
Provides backup to other daily or monthly production responsibilities of the department
Provides operational and technical support to the Customer Support Center and Associations on areas of responsibility
Oversees the retention process of Association Loan Operations to ensure that all files are stored and shipped off sight according to the retention policy
Requirements

Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Business related field
Minimum of 5 years of accounting/related work experience
Working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and other customized software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Thorough understanding of loan pricing methodologies
Must be able to analyze routine problems and recommend solutions
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
