Joe Huggins joins LCK as Project Manager

COLUMBIA, SC – LCK is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Huggins to its project management services team. Huggins brings over 10 years of program and project management experience and 8 years of military service in the United States Navy to his new role. He will be responsible for serving LCK’s clients in the management of both renovations and new construction projects.

Huggins received a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of South Carolina and holds many certifications including Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, CMAA and South Carolina OSF Inspector. Upon retiring from the Navy, he served as the Deputy Resident Officer in Charge of Construction at the Charleston Air Force Base and Naval Weapons Station. He has a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of projects, including schools, military facilities and retail centers.

Prior to joining LCK, Huggins was previously with Southern Management Group, Cumming Corporation in Columbia, SC.
