John Orr elected Treasurer for CCIM South Carolina chapter

Colliers International’s John Orr, CCIM has been elected Treasurer of the South Carolina chapter of CCIM for 2017. Orr has recently served as the Secretary for the South Carolina chapter in 2016 and has been a Board Member for the organization since 2015.
CCIM, or Certified Commercial Investment Member, is an organization that recognizes experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry and certifies members who have completed a rigorous program that includes education in financial analysis, market analysis, investment analysis and negotiations. Orr earned his CCIM designation in 1998 and has been an active member since.
Orr, Vice President of Colliers International in Charleston, focuses on retail in the coastal South Carolina markets in addition to serving clients across the nation. Orr is an integral part of the national Retail Services Group for Colliers International and provides both retail landlord representation as well as retail tenant representation.
