COLUMBIA, SC – Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, is pleased to announce Joshua D. (Josh) Speed and Robert H. (Rob) Grosslight are brokerage associates with the firm. Mr. Speed joined Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler in 2012 as an intern. He focuses mainly on industrial property and land. He is a Columbia native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Mr. Speed is also a member of Urban Land Institute and the Greater Columbia Delta Waterfowl Committee. He is based in the firm’s Columbia office.
Mr. Grosslight joined Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler in 2013 as an intern. He is a Blythewood native and studied finance with a concentration in real estate at Clemson University. He focuses on office and retail sales and leasing. Mr. Grosslight is based in the Columbia office.
