Lauren Courcoux chooses a career in real estate with Carolina One

Mt. Pleasant native, Lauren DeLuca Courcoux has decided to adapt the management and personnel skills she acquired in the Food and Beverage industry to a career in real estate. Courcoux has recently placed her license with the Mt. Pleasant Highway 17 North office of Carolina One Real Estate near Brickyard Plantation.

Courcoux is a graduate on the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned a BS degree in Nutrition. Subsequently Courcoux worked in Food and Beverage management for several of the Charleston area’s finer restaurants including the Boat House on Breach Inlet, The Mills House, Poogans Porch and the Charleston Crab House.

Married with two children, Courcoux resides in Mt. Pleasant and enjoys annual trips to France with her family. In her free time she loves swimming, bowling, soccer, tennis and Carolina Panther football.
