LCK assigned project management for major Homeowners Mortgage renovation

Homeowners Mortgage has retained LCK as project manager for a major renovation project. The company’s Devine Street office will undergo extensive modifications including demolition and reconstruction of interior spaces and replacement of windows. Changes will allow Homeowners Mortgage to consolidate operations onto the second and third floors, leaving the first floor vacant. The space will be marketed for lease and will be a great addition to the Devine Street retail and office corridor in downtown Columbia.

“This is an exciting project.” said Wes Slice, Project Manager with LCK. “Homeowners will continue to operate within the space throughout the duration of the project, which presents a logistical challenge for a renovation of this magnitude. Having completed similar assignments in the past, I am confident that the goal is achievable.”

As Homeowners Mortgage’s representative, LCK will provide project management services including budgeting, team selection, furniture procurements, IT coordination and more.  LCK’s comprehensive management approach and expertise has consistently resulted in projects being on time and under budget – a major factor for clients like Homeowners Mortgage.
