Lee & Associates Charleston Receives Accredited Management Organization Credential

CHARLESTON, SC – August 27, 2012 – Lee & Associates Charleston, a commercial real estate firm, has earned the Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Lee & Associates will now be one of nearly 540 elite firms across the Nation to receive this prestigious accreditation, and the largest third-party AMO in the greater Charleston area.
Accredited firms must have a track record of high performance, experience, stability and financial accountability and have a Certified Property Manager (CPM) directing and supervising the real estate management team; Lee & Associates Charleston has two CPM’s on staff. Member firms must have the AMO re-accredited every three years to ensure that all requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
Lee & Associates Charleston is the only AMO firm headquartered in the Charleston, SC area.
