CHARLESTON, SC – Lee & Associates Charleston’s Milton Thomas, CCIM, SIOR represented the Seller, First Citizens Bank, in the $700,000 sale of a 6,710 SF commercial building located at 816 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Lee’s Jon Chalfie represented the Buyer, SAVJ Real Estate, LLC. The property will be occupied by Maxwood® Furniture who was founded in 2004 and relocated their international headquarters to the Lowcountry in 2013. They produce the world’s largest kids furniture system and ship their product throughout the world. The new facility at Lafayette Village will serve as a showroom and house their administrative offices after an extensive renovation.
