Lemon Butter Herb Salmon

You can use any type of fish to make this delicious baked dinner tonight.

 

  • 4 pieces of salmon (or your favorite fish)
  • Nonstick spray
  • Salt, pepper, and creole seasoning
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Parsley, basil, oregano (dried) – pinch of each

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat dry fish.
  3. Spray a glass-baking dish with nonstick spray.
  4. Place fish (skin side down) in dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and creole seasoning.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in microwaveable dish and stir in butter, lemon juice and herbs.
  6. Using a teaspoon, coat top of fish with butter mixture preserving at least half.
  7. Bake fish for 5-10 minutes just until moist but flakes with a fork.
  8. Remove from oven and pour remaining butter sauce on top.
  9. Serve with your favorite fresh sides.
