COLUMBIA, SC – Brittons announced today they have joined forces with popular brands to raise money for the United Way of the Midlands as a part of their #BrittonsUnited campaign. Limited edition t-shirts and bracelets will be available at Brittons, 2818 Devine Street. All proceeds from the sales of these items will go to the United Way of the Midlands for flood relief and customers will receive a 20% off coupon for one item good through the end of the year when they purchase any of these products. The #BrittonsUnited will celebrate the spirit of giving with a variety of events benefitting the United Way through the end of the year.

Perry Lancaster, manager at Brittons, said, “Brittons was fortunate to be physically unaffected by the flooding, but seeing our friends and neighbors so hurt by this catastrophe did not leave us unscathed. As a part of the community for 66 years, the Brittons family feels the need to aid the area we are so involved in.”

“United Way is honored to be a part of this benefit that Brittons of Columbia so generously made available to our community,” said United Way of the Midlands President and CEO Mac Bennett. “Local businesses like Brittons make up the fabric of the community we serve, and it’s through partnerships like this that we can work together to make the Midlands a better place to live for everyone.”
