June 15, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC – South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR) have joined forces to offer a combined annual conference in Hilton Head this September 12-15, 2015. More than 500 Realtors® have already registered for the event.

ReConnect Annual Conference will be the third time the associations have come together to offer a conference to their members. “North and South Carolina staff have worked together to offer the best speakers and sessions in the industry at this year’s conference. We’ll have something for everyone including courses for brokers, property managers, residential and commercial Realtors®,” said Tony Smith, Broker in Charge at Wanda Smith & Associates of Charlotte and North Carolina Association of REALTORS® 2015 President.

The conference will offer informative education sessions, lively speakers, entertaining events, an awards ceremony honoring the best and brightest in real estate and a great opportunity to network with colleagues across state lines. A few of the speakers include: 2015 First Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS®, Bill Brown; Founder of The Sales Lion, Marcus Sheridan; Owner of Superior School of Real Estate, Bill Gallagher; and many others.

Conference registration is still open and is available for Realtor®members and non-members at reconnectcarolinas.com. Some sponsorship opportunities are also still available to companies that would like to offer products or services to Realtors®, but space is limited.

“We’re excited to be partnering with our neighbors to the North once again on what’s sure to be a worth-while conference for all,” said Broker in Charge of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS® in Greenville and South Carolina REALTORS® 2015 President, Fritzi Barbour.
