CHARLESTON, SC – Dexter Rumsey, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented Cornerstone Minerals, LLC, in the leasing of ±1,200 square feet of retail space at 539 King Street in Charleston, SC. Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management Group represented the landlord, 539 King Street, LLC, in the transaction. Cornerstone Minerals opened their first store in 2005 in Asheville, NC and offer a vast selection of fine mineral, gem and fossil specimens, eclectic jewelry, books and metaphysical gifts. The new store on King Street is the retailer’s second location and opened in May of 2015.
