NAI Avant facilitates two leases in newly redeveloped Cigar Factory, Charleston
June 18, 2016CHARLESTON, SC – David Ingle, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently facilitated two leases in the Cigar Factory building located at the corner of East Bay and Columbus Streets in downtown Charleston, SC.
Ingle represented the tenant, Garden & Gun, LLC, in a lease expansion into Suite 112 of the building. The expansion adds an additional ±2,630 square feet of retail space to their current headquarters totaling ±30,362 square feet in the building.
Ingle also represented a second tenant, Bond Street Advisors, Inc. in the leasing of office space in the building. The tenant will occupy Suite 515 in the Cigar Factory, consisting of ±1,669 square feet.
