NAI Avant managing principal, David Grubbs, awarded Commercial Realtor of the Year

NAI Avant announced that the firm’s managing principal of the Charleston office, David Grubbs, was awarded the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) Commercial Realtor of the Year award. The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of CTAR presented Grubbs with the award on February 2, 2017, during the monthly CID luncheon.
Grubbs founded Vanguard Development Group in 2005, which joined operations with NAI Avant in 2010 to form the NAI Avant Charleston office. He has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, with active involvement in the development, brokerage and management aspects of the industry. Grubbs has extensive experience in multi-family and land development. Additionally, he founded a medical office development group focusing on site selection and turnkey development services for physician groups.
Grubbs is heavily involved with the commercial real estate community, serving as the 2015 President of the CID of CTAR, as a professional advisor to Carter Real Estate Center at the College of Charleston and having served as the Co-Chair for the CID 2012 Commercial Market Forecast.
