NAI Avant’s Director of Retail Services Patrick Palmer, CCIM will represent Malon D. Mimms Company, a privately- owned commercial real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, in exclusively listing all of their properties in North and South Carolina for lease. The agreement includes 11 shopping centers for lease, totaling more than ±771,630 square feet (SF) of retail, restaurant and office space.
