NAI Avant welcomes Investment Brokerage Associate

NAI Avant is pleased to announce the addition of Robbie Cook to the Columbia office brokerage team. Robbie joins NAI Avant as an Investment Brokerage Associate and will be working with Senior Investment Broker Dail Longaker. He will also assist CEO Todd Avant, CCIM and President Bruce Harper, SIOR on specific development projects.
Prior to NAI Avant, Robbie worked as an Investment Analyst at i3, LLC. In that role, he assisted in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets. He also previously worked with Colliers International as a member of the research team.
In addition, Robbie volunteers as a club soccer coach at South Carolina United FC.
Robbie graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Finance and Real Estate, and is a licensed South Carolina real estate broker.
