NAI Columbia announces December 2023 transactions

Sales:

  • Jeff Hein, SIOR and Will DuPree represented Parklane Partners, LLC in the purchase of 7909 Parklane Road for $3,450,000. Hein and DuPree will represent Parklane Partners in the leasing of the newly acquired office building. The four-story class A multi-tenant office building is ±115,108 square feet and has 2,000 to 98,000 square feet available for lease. The building is located immediately off Interstate 277 and conveniently accessible to the Central Business District, Columbia Metropolitan airport, and proximity to numerous residential areas. Richland County Recreation Commission is located one mile from the facility as well.
  • Patrick Palmer, CCIM & Bobby Balboni, CCIM represented the purchaser of 7.78 acres of land for $2,100,000 located at the Hardscrabble Road & Lee Road intersection. The site will be developed into multiple parcels with a wide range of users. Development of the site is slated to begin in early 2024.
  • NAI Columbia is pleased to announce the facilitation of the $4,400,000 sale of a large parcel of undeveloped land at 310 Killian Road by Bobby Balboni, CCIM and Patrick Palmer, CCIM . Less than eight miles from Scout Motors development, the property is located in the northeast of Richland County along I77. Inspired by Richland County’s evolution over the years, long-time owner Deborah Dillon of Phoenix Family Partners enlisted Balboni and Palmer to craft and implement a land use strategy aligning with the community’s current needs, leading to the execution of the sale. “Palmer and Balboni worked for several years to study the market, develop a plan, secure the needed zoning and overcome other challenges to ultimately find the right buyer for the property,” said Dillon.   • Ben Kelly, CCIM, Patrick Chambers, John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, & Tristan Lee partnered up to sell 101 Hermitage Road. The property is a 2.12 acre tract of land and it sold for $450,000.
  • Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken, and Nelson Weston, sold ±430 acres of land in Manning, South Carolina. The property is located at 260 Kings Road and it sold for $1,850,000.
  • John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, & Tristan Lee sold 1025/1035 Dreyfuss Road. The property is a 22,000 SF industrial space near Downtown Columbia and it sold for $1,200,000.
  • NAI Columbia’s Milliken Land Team consisting of Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken, and Nelson Weston, sold ±262 acres of land in Blythewood, South Carolina off Swygert Road for $2,000,000. Mungo homes was the purchaser and plans to develop 400+ single family homes.

Leases:

  • John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, & Tristan Lee leased 1035 Dreyfuss Road to Dana Safety Supply.
  • Bobby Balboni, CCIM & Patrick Palmer, CCIM leased 1,500 SF of retail space in the Village at Sandhill.
  • Jeff Hein, SIOR & Will DuPree leased ± 3,150 SF of office space in the Landmark Business Park to Southern Dental Alliance
