NAI Earle Furman’s Ted Lyerly Honored with the South Carolina CCIM Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Service

GREENVILLE, SC – Ted Lyerly, CCIM was honored with South Carolina CCIM Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Service. The South Carolina chapter of the CCIM Institute presented Lyerly with this award for his commitment and service to the organization for the last 10 years, during which time he served as President of the Board of Directors. Lyerly has been a commercial real estate broker with NAI Earle Furman since 2003, specializing in the retail sector.

“I’m honored to receive this award, and I’m grateful to be a part of this valuable organization. CCIM has provided tremendous educational and networking opportunities during my career,” said Lyerly.

The CCIM Institute, a commercial real estate affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has more than 50 chapters across the U.S. and is represented in global markets.

The South Carolina CCIM chapter’s mission is to provide value to its members in through Education, Networking, and Designation Promotion. In addition to offering multiple core courses in the state, the chapter offers lunch-and-learns. training seminars and networking functions for its members. The chapter was awarded its first endowed scholarship this year to ensure future CCIM candidates will have the means to participate. Additionally the SC Chapter promotes the CCIM designation through advertising and sponsorships of relevant business seminars.
