NAI Earle Furman closes two multifamily portfolios totaling $8.65 million

Tony Bonitati, Kay Hill and Bern DuPree represented Tribec Corporation and Kiefer Corporation in the sale of their 80-unit complex, Mauldin Heights, located at 901 N. Main Street in Mauldin, SC and their portfolio of 14 single family homes also in Mauldin. The buyer, DHP Real Estate, was not represented in the transaction. The Mauldin Heights property was 95% occupied at the time of sale and the purchasers plan to make several capital improvements to the property.
Easley/Liberty, South Carolina: Tony Bonitati, Kay Hill and Bern DuPree represented Heinreich Bickman in the sale of four multifamily properties totaling 93 units: East Terrace, Charlestowne, Quail Ridge, and Green Forest located in Easley and Liberty, SC. The purchaser was Bad Company, LLC and they were represented by Jake Van Gieson and Gaston Albergotti, also of NAI Earle Furman. The properties were stabilized and the purchaser has a value-add program in place to make immediate improvements to the properties.
