GREENVILLE, SC – March, 2011 – Bill Sims and Jake Van Gieson of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Livesey Development, Inc. in leasing a 1,499 SF retail space in the Plaza on Pelham Shopping Center. The retailer, Papa Murphy’s is the fifth-largest pizza chain in the country and the pioneer of the take ‘n’ bake pizza segment. Papa Murphy’s operates over 1,200 franchised and corporate-owned locations in 37 states and Canada. This marks their first Greenville location.
