January 20, 2016

Edward Rawl Jr., partner at the Columbia office of labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillips, was recently named as a Fellow to the American Bar Foundation, which is limited to one percent of lawyers admitted to practice in the United States. The American Bar Foundation is recognized as the premier institute in the United States for social science research involving legal issues.

Rawl’s national employment practice includes advising and counseling employers and litigating employment-related disputes involving wrongful discharge. He also has a niche practice representing lenders, developers, property managers, and owners of conventional and government-financed and assisted multifamily housing projects in the defense of fair lending, fair housing and public accommodation claims.
