Patriot Point is coming to Main Street! 

LEXINGTON, SC – Bartlett Financial will host a Groundbreaking on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at 9:30 am at their offices on 943 East Main Street in Lexington. The Wealth Advisor Firm is expanding with a new commercial complex dubbed “Patriot Point” behind their current facility.

Two new commercial buildings, as architecturally sound and as visually appealing as the current Bartlett Financial location, will soon grace the Lexington landscape.  Due to the growth of their comprehensive financial planning firm, the Bartlett team will relocate to the new 5,000 sq. ft. building to be built at the rear of the property.  A third building, approximately 4,000 sq. ft., will be completed as well on the property and will be ready for new tenants in February 2015.

The existing Bartlett Financial building and the two new Patriot Point buildings will provide over 5,500 sq. ft. of commercial Class A professional office space to the community of businesses.   The firm is currently pre-leasing professional office space at this time.

Ron Bartlett moved his family to Lexington in 1995 following a 27 year career in the Air Force and retiring as a Colonel.  Heath, a Business honor graduate of The Citadel, joined the practice in 2001 following his service to the Army as a Captain and pilot of UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters.  Ron founded the Lexington practice in 1999 and moved to their current location in 2007.
