Greenville, South Carolina (February 2012): Stuart Wyeth and Peter Couchell, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of 401 Brookfield Parkway in leasing a 3,108 SF office space. The tenant, Progressive Insurance Company was represented by Keith Jones, CCIM and Scott Jones, SIOR, also of NAI Earle Furman.
Greenville, South Carolina (February 2012): Keith Jones, CCIM and Scott Jones, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of 123 North Main Street in downtown Greenville in leasing a 3,400 SF retail space to Magnolia Studios.
