Register Now: Tax Seminar for professionals working for school districts and universities

The SC Department of Revenue (SCDOR) is offering a tax seminar geared towards educational institutions. Tax professionals and managers working for school districts, public or private schools, and universities can enhance their knowledge and have a chance to discuss questions with SCDOR staff. The course covers sales, use, and local taxes that impact educational institutions. Discussion will also include software, maintenance and similar service contracts, and exemptions and exclusions.

When: Wednesday, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Where: Columbia Conference Center, 169 Laurelhurst Avenue, Columbia, SC 29210
Cost: $50 (includes all course materials and lunch)
Who: Business managers, CFOs, accounts payable personnel, accounting staff, tax professionals and those who work with sales and use tax in educational institutions

You can earn continuing education credits through our tax seminars. You must seek credit through the appropriate accreditation board. Certificates of attendance will be provided.
