Renewable Water Resources names Rich as new Executive Director

Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) is pleased to announce the selection of Graham Rich as its new Executive Director. Rich will begin his employment with ReWa on January 18, 2016.

Rich, a native of the Upstate, is enthusiastic to join the ReWa team. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s of science degrees from Clemson University. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer, a Board Certified Environmental Engineer and has served on multiple environmental and philanthropic Boards. In addition, Rich brings over 20 years of executive experience from the water and wastewater industry. Since 2007, he has served as Chief Executive Officer at Central Arkansas Water, where he successfully implemented Arkansas’s first comprehensive watershed management plan.

“On behalf of the ReWa Board of Commissioners, I wish to congratulate Graham Rich on his selection as our new Executive Director and we look forward to the strong leadership that he will bring. His wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry will be invaluable to ReWa in its quest to ensure that our environment is protected for future generations,” said Gary Gilliam, ReWa Board Chair.

As we move forward into the future, ReWa staff and Commission are confident that Graham Rich will be an asset in the planning and execution of ReWa’s mission and strategic goals.
