Richland One announces two principal appointments

Richland One announces two principal appointments for the 2018-2019 school year.

Audrey White-Garner will be the new principal at Hopkins Elementary School. Ms. White-Garner currently serves as an assistant principal at Meadowfield Elementary School and previously was an assistant principal at Forest Heights Elementary School.

Dr. Patrice Green will be the new principal at Hand Middle School. Dr. Green is the assistant principal of curriculum and instruction at Hand and previously served as an assistant principal at St. Andrews Middle School and Eau Claire High School.

“We are glad to add to the strong leadership that we have in Richland One,” said Richland One Superintendent Dr. Craig Witherspoon.

The Richland One Board of School Commissioners approved the appointments at its April 24 meeting. The appointments are effective July 1.
