Richland One School Improvement Council Honored

The School Improvement Council (SIC) of Meadowfield Elementary School has been named to the South Carolina School Improvement Council’s 2016 Honor Roll.
Ten Honor Roll SICs are recognized for their significant efforts to foster civic engagement in public education. Five finalists from this year’s Honor Roll SICs will be selected, with one to be announced in late-March as the winner of the annual Riley Award for SIC Excellence. The Dick and Tunky Riley School Improvement Award was named for the former U.S. secretary of education and South Carolina governor and his late wife.
