On Thursday, December 31, 492 will host a special five course dinner to welcome the new year. Executive Chef Nate Whiting and Pastry Chef Amanee Neirouz created the New Year’s Eve Dinner menu, which features five delicious courses.

The New Year’s Eve Dinner menu includes:

16-Hour Short Rib

Smoked Bean Puree, Mountain Cider, Mustard

Sustainable Cobia

Clams, Broccoli Puree, Alba Hazelnuts

 

Dessert Duo

Chocolate Hazelnut, Smoked Mascarpone, Maple

Lemon Budino, Truffle, White Chocolate
