Senator DeMint to Speak at Chamber Quarterly Meeting

CHARLESTON, SC – August 30, 2011 – U.S. Senator Jim DeMint will speak at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Quarterly Meeting of Membership, Tuesday, August 30, 2011 from 7:30 – 9 a.m. at the Charleston Area Convention Center.
Senator DeMint will talk about the deficit, the credit issue and what it will take to get the economy back on track.
Held quarterly for Chamber members only, the Quarterly Meeting of the Membership feature major speakers and delivers pertinent messages that address regional, business and community topics. At each meeting, all members that have joined the Chamber during the previous three months are introduced to the attendees.
