Simply Southern Chiropractic Center celebrates one-year anniversary

Simply Southern Chiropractic Center announces it is celebrating one year in business on November 16th, 2016 at 922 North Church Street in downtown Greenville near the Bon Secours Wellness arena (formerly Bi-Lo Center). It opened exactly one year ago after extensive remodeling and renovation, and operates in the building formerly occupied by Waco F. Childers, Jr. Realty, Inc.
Simply Southern Chiropractic Center is owned and operated by Dr. Mary Frances Duncan. “At Simply Southern Chiropractic, we pride ourselves on the individualized care it provides to each patient. Instead of using a one size fits all type of approach, we spend one-on-one time with each patient, determining what kind of care each individual needs on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, our philosophy is to correct root problems affecting our patients, not to provide short-term solutions that only mask symptoms such as pain or discomfort. We want our patients to feel better faster, but most importantly, for longer,” said Dr. Duncan.
Simply Southern Chiropractic Center treats numerous conditions, including low back pain, headaches, neck pain, sciatica, auto accident injuries, sports injuries, arthritis, herniated discs, sprains, strains, and metabolic disorders. We use a number of techniques to accomplish this, including hands-on manipulation, instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustments, cold laser therapy, kinesiology taping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) are used. Chiropractic adjustments are not limited to just the back and neck. At Simply Southern Chiropractic Center, we treat the whole body, which includes adjusting extremities such as hands, feet, knees, and elbows. “Chiropractic care can be highly effective in treating patients who are in pain or injured, but it can also prevent some other symptoms from arising in the first place, and promotes a healthier lifestyle in patients who receive regular chiropractic care,” said Dr. Duncan.

ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Dr. Mary Frances Duncan is a native of Greer, South Carolina and attended Furman University in Greenville. After her undergraduate studies, she attended the Port Orange, Florida campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. After four years at Palmer, she has returned to the upstate of South Carolina to keep her friends and neighbors on the path to good health. Dr. Duncan is well versed in a variety of chiropractic and rehabilitative techniques, and is eager to help her patients achieve their best health yet.
