Sinclair and Flanick join Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce team

CHARLESTON, SC – The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed two new team members; Shea Sinclair as the Vice President of Development and Cassandra Flanick as the Advancement Administrative Assistant.
Shea Sinclair recently joined the Chamber team as the Vice President of Development. Within her role, Sinclair is responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic plan of interaction, engagement and understanding with public and private donors in order to support the diverse and growing platforms of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. She works to secure the necessary funding to serve the Chamber’s mission of advancing our region.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Shea was the CEO and executive director of Western Kansas Community Foundation for eight years. She has more than 20 years experience in donor relations, fundraising and development with non-profit organizations. Sinclair received a Bachelor of Science in interior design from Kansas State University. An avid traveler, she enjoys learning about culture, history and art. Sinclair resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband and dalmatian.
As the Advancement Administrative Assistant, Cassandra Flanick supports the Chamber’s Advancement division, including the Chief Advancement Officer. She is responsible for coordinating division activities and assisting staff in their work to advance the Charleston metro and ensure a business friendly environment.
Flanick, who recently moved to Charleston with her husband, dog and cat, has lived in three different countries and has visited a total of 13. She is originally from Chiefland, Florida and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
