Tavi’s Four in One Joins Elite Group of New Brands on the Shelf at Summer Fancy Food Show

IRMO, SC – Tavi, LLC announces that Tavi’s Four in One was selected to participate in the New Brands on the Shelf Pavilion at the Summer Fancy Food Show being held at the Javits Center in New York City from June 28-30. Tavi’s Four in One joins an elite group of 40 emerging food entrepreneurs who are breaking into the specialty food industry for the first time at the show.

Tavi, LLC was co-founded by husband and wife team, Gordon and Linda Carle. Tavi’s Four in One is a multipurpose condiment. The recipe originated with Gordon’s Romanian grandmother who gave him a love for cooking. He’s tweaked the recipe over the years and discovered that it pairs well with almost everything—from pork to poultry, seafood to steak, and a host of other foods!

Tavi’s Four in One contains the four SC barbecue bases—ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Its sweet, tangy flavor is sure to please young and old alike. “We created the name to promote the product’s versatility and to honor my grandmother, who gave me the nickname, Tavi,” explains Gordon Carle.

Executive Chef, James Lassiter, joined the team early on, and says “Our use of the highest quality ingredients makes Tavi’s Four in One a gourmet item, but its versatility gives value to any consumer.”
