The Palmetto Bank Hires New Human Resources Benefits Manager

GREENVILLE, SC – March 7, 2012 – The Palmetto Bank (the “Bank”) is pleased to announce the hiring of Darlene L. Cole as Vice President, Human Resources Benefits Manager.

Ms. Cole brings to the Bank twenty-five years of financial services experience, the most recent of which was as Human Resources Director for a regional bank headquartered in in the Upstate.

Ms. Cole is a native and resident of Easley, South Carolina. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Clemson University and is a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers Association Bankers School.
