Thomas Scarborough promoted to Property Manager

Thomas Scarborough has been promoted to Property Manager of Colliers International | South Carolina’s Columbia location. In his new role, Scarborough will oversee the financial and physical operations of assigned properties in Colliers’ Columbia property management portfolio, which currently stands at approximately 14 million square feet of managed space.

Scarborough joined Colliers in 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager and has been a part of the property management team for industrial and retail properties in the Columbia area.
