The Columbia Empowerment Zone Inc. has office space available at 1509 Lady Street downtown Columbia. The office facility consists of 9,049 sq. ft. multi-tenant building with a large kitchen, large conference room, four restrooms, raised flooring, and loading dock with pull up doors. Current office spaces along exterior and center wall range in size from 85 sq. ft. to 110 sq. ft. The building has two large open areas in the center that can be configured to meet tenant needs.
