Todd P. Garrett, CCIM receives the Realtor of Distinction Award

CHARLESTON, SC – February 28, 2012 – Grubb & Ellis / WRS is proud to announce that Charleston Trident Association of Realtors has awarded Todd P. Garrett, CCIM their Realtor of Distinction Award for the second year in a row.
Award recipients in commercial real estate must complete over $3,350,000 in volume, over 14 transactions, and 12 hours of continuing education.
Todd completed a total 56 transactions, 48 leases/extensions and 8 sales during the year.
