Turkey Taco Salad

Say Olé with this fresh “Turkey Taco Salad” for a fast and easy weeknight meal

1 lb. ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning mix
2/3 cup water
Romaine Lettuce, washed and chopped
2 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
Salsa Sauce
Shredded Cheese
2 all-natural corn chips, broken
Dollop of Plain Greek

Directions:

  1. Pan-fry ground turkey until no longer pink.
  2. Add water and seasoning mix and stir.
  3. Let gently simmer until water has dissipated and turkey is left slightly moist.
  4. Meanwhile, fill a plate with chopped Romaine lettuce.
  5. Top with a few spoonfuls of cooked turkey.
  6. Top turkey with tomatoes, salsa, cheese, and broken corn chips.
  7. Finish with a dollop of Greek yogurt (or sour cream) on top.
