United Community Bank expands Greenville team

Michele Roark Joins as Community Banking Sales and Service Manager

United Community Bank is pleased to welcome Michele Roark to the team as a Vice President and Community Banking Sales and Service Manager responsible for organizing and optimizing both sales and service performance within Community Banking.

Roark has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, most recently with PNC Bank. She’s held a variety of positions throughout her career including branch manager, mortgage originator and business banker. Roark graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business.

“The greatest reward of all is helping a customer achieve their goals and knowing you provided the best services possible to make it happen,” said Roark. “I’m excited to be surrounded by team members at United that share my goals and passions. I am confident in United’s commitment to customer service. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share skills and knowledge that helped me be successful in banking.”

A native of Ohio, Roark enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. Whether it is watching one of her girls play or watching as a family, sports are to be expected. She looks forward to the day when she will be able to say she has seen every ballpark in Major League Baseball.
