HILTON HEAD, SC – Urban Land Institute South Carolina in conjunctionwith the Richard H. Pennell Center for Real Estate presents the 7thAnnual Statewide Meeting and the annual Charles Fraser Lecture.
Communities across the world are embracing new realities, challenges andobstacles. Economic uncertainty, shifting demographics andtechnological innovation have changed the way we live, do business andthrive in the future. As leaders in the responsible use of land, wemust continually re-imagine our communities to remain competitive andrelevant.
This year, the state meeting will investigate howcommunities are embracing the change and adapting to new marketrealities. It is a time of great struggle and tremendous opportunity. How communities respond locally will have regional implications. Asleaders, we need to be bold and visionary. These are criticalconversations that we need to have to generate forward motion in SouthCarolina.
