VistaBank Surpasses $50 Million Milestone
November 10, 2008COLUMBIA, SC – November 10, 2008 VistaBank, which opened for business in Columbia and Aiken in January, has surpassed $50 million in total assets.
While some banks are not making loans and are in fact shrinking their loan portfolios, VistaBank continues to loan money and attract deposits due to their exceptional lending relationships.
“We have a strong balance sheet with no non-performing assets,” said Paul R. Dusenbury, President and CEO. “We are not overly-leveraged and are well-capitalized, and we have ample liquidity sources to fund the needs of our customers.
Given the current financial con he FDIC has increased the deposit insurance coverage limit from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor until December of 2009 which will enhance community bank’s ability to grow the deposit side of the balance sheet.”
To celebrate this important milestone within their first year of operation, VistaBank is inviting the local community to a $50 Million Milestone Celebration at both their Aiken and Columbia locations on:
